UPPL is one of the most competent recruitment consultants with roots based in Vadodara, Gujarat serving Engineering & Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals & Bio-Tech, Food & Beverage, Automotive Industries, Financial Services etc.

Utkarsh Placement Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1994 and is managed/supervised/organized by our Directors Mr. PIYUSH GARG & Mr. PUSHKIN GARG, both are based in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Mr. PIYUSH GARG holds Management Degree. Before starting on his own, he has worked for Seven Years in the reputed companies like M/s. Reliance, Dinesh Mills, etc.
Mr. PUSHKIN GARG holds Engineering Degree in Chemical and has worked for Five Years with companies like M/s. Grasim Industries, J K Synthetics, GHCL, etc.

Screening potential candidate’s resumes & taking their consents explaining about company profile as well as requirements in detail.

STEP 5

Application Submissions

Once we spot interested candidates we forward their resumes along with their evaluation summary to our client for further action from their end.

STEP 6

Short listing & Interview

Once we receive the short listing from our client we ensure that our candidates will turn up for the interview.
